Urška started her media career while studying chemical engineering as a speeker on the first commercial radio station in Slovenia, Radio Hit. She complemented her work in radio with work in major communications agencies. She soon joined the same radio station as a project manager and continued as marketing director. In 2007, she was invited to join the marketing department of Styria media Ljubljana, where for a while she managed the marketing department of the first daily free newspaper Žurnal 24. In 2010, she decided to set up her own communications agency, where she could express her values more strongly. She wants to create long-term and effective relationships with her clients, and the agency shoud be clients biggest supporter and source of inspiration. The agency's DNA remains unchanged. Sidera remains a boutique agency with annual revenues of up to € 500,000, but with a strong commitment to each client and each project.
